I made a quick trip to Target tonight to stock up on some items we use often that I had high dollar coupons for. I was excited to see how much money I saved overall. My total came to $69.35, but I only spent $34.69. I saved $34.66....how awesome is that!!!!
I will give you the breakdown of how much these items cost once the coupons were applied:
Plastic Container- $4.49 *unfortunately I did not have coupons for these
Plastic Container- $6.49 *no.....the legos were not included :):):)
4-Heinz 57 Steak Sauce $3.44 *I had 4 $2.00 off coupons making it only $1.44 each
4-Lea N Perrin Wortischire sauce $2.49 *I had 4 $2.00 off coupons making it $.49 each
2-Wishbone Salad Spritzer $1.69 *stacked coupons making it only .44 cents each
2-Classico Sauce $1.99 *I had 2 $1.50 coupons off making it only .49 each
4-Classico Alfredo Sauce $1.99 *I had 2 buy 1 get 1 free coupons making them .99 cents each
6-Del Monte Fruit Chillers $2.24 *I had 6 $1.00 off coupons making them 1.24 each. Summer is coming and the kids will love these!
Motts Applesauce $1.72 *No coupon, but I needed applesauce
2-Yoplait Yogurts .50 *I had 2 .55 cents off coupon, but they ended up adjusting it to only .50 cents so I wouldn't get any additional money off
This is why I LOVE to coupon shop! I can continue to buy the same products as I usually do, but I end up saving so much more money!

Mickey Mouse Toast
Ever since we have gotten back from Disneyland, the boys keep asking "when do we get to go back to Disneyland" when they wake up every morning. It's too cute! They had such a great time and as you can see, it left a huge impact on them!
I bought a Mickey Mouse Toast Press before we left Disneyland so I can make it fun for the kids with breakfast once we got back home. The boys LOVED it and now they keep asking me to make this every morning since! :)

Disneyland AGAIN! :):):)
Since we have annual Disneyland passes, we decided to take a spur of the moment trip back to Disneyland during spring break. We also celebrated Jeremiah's 1st birthday while we were there too. Happy 1st birthday my sweet little Jeremiah!
Since this was our 2nd trip back to Disneyland in the last couple months, it gave us the opportunity to go on the rides and see all the other attractions we didn't get to do the first time around. It was so much fun to see the excitement on the kids faces when we went back. We had a blast! I don't think we will ever go back during spring break again because it was absolutely packed, but we all had a wonderful time anyways! :)

Handprint Paper Lilies Flower Bouquet
These are the flower bouquets the kids made for Easter. Aren't they just adorable? They actually turned out wayyyy cuter than I imagined. Not only was this extremely easy, but very inexpensive as well. These will be a cute little Easter surprise for my daycare parents.
Enchantedlearning.com is the website I found this cute idea from. This project is called "Handprint Paper Lilies". I thought I would dress it up a little and add a flower pot with some moss on top to make it look a little more unique. The kids just absolutely loved them. I found these cute little butterflies at the dollar store I added to the flower pots with a hot glue gun. It gives it that extra special touch!
These turned out so cute, this would be a great Mother's Day gift too! I know we are all looking for ways to make those special, but unique gifts for those amazing people in our lives, all while trying to keep the cost down (trying to stay within budget people:):):) I only spent $1.75 per flower pot including everything. I had the cardstock & straws on hand already and I got the rest of the items at the dollar store. The moss covered two flower pots and the butterflies came 3 in a pack. I also got the green styrofoam that's on the bottom of the flower pot holding the straws in place. They came four in a pack. This was a fun project to do with the kids!
