I don't know if it's because I'm pregnant and I'm starting to get cravings for certain foods, but I have totally been craving Almond Poppy Seed Bread for the last couple of days. I planned on making it yesterday, but ran out of time, so I made it this morning. I can't wait until the bread cools down so I can dig in. YUMMY!
I made six mini loaves!
Here is the bread with the delicious glaze over top that makes it sinfully good!

Homemade Whole Wheat Bread
My husband has been asking me for a long time to make homemade Whole Wheat Bread. I have tried a few times in the past, but never had any luck in doing so. Well, today I am happy to say my bread turned out so good! Even my boys wanted a slice of bread toasted w/ butter for a snack this afternoon. Not only is this bread alot healthier for our family, it will save us money towards our weekly budget of not buying anymore bread. Thank you Julie (my sister-in-law) for your AWESOME recipe!

1 more cup of flour
mix together & add:
2 TBSP Yeast
Add 4-5 more cups of flour. Mix with wooden spoon until you can't stir anymore, then knead with hands. Spray 3 bread pans with a non-stick spray. Separate dough into 3 portions and put them in the bread pans. Cover with a towel & let it rise until 1/3 in Bulk. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350. Enjoy!
