Meal Plan Monday
It's time to think about what meals I will be making this week. I haven't had the chance to check out the weekly grocery store ads, so I think I will base our dinners off of what we have on stock already. It's about time to clear out the freezer!
Sunday: KFC (compliments of Scott's Grandma) :)
Monday: Ground Turkey Tacos, Chips & Guacamole
Tuesday: Turkey Burgers, Tator Tots & Corn
Wednesday: Fish Stick Sandwiches & Oranges/Kiwi
Thursday: Chicken & Broccoli Casserole & Baked Potatoes
Friday: Homemade Pizza
Saturday: Salmon, Rice & Zucchini

Update: Our kids have been sick with some type of virus, so we cancelled our plans for going out of town this weekend.
Sunday: Leftovers
Monday: Chicken Parmesan, Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Corn
Tuesday: Meal being provided by a friend.
Wednesday: Pork Chops, Broccoli Au-Gratin Rice, Peas & Buttermilk Biscuits
Thursday: Chiken Strips, Rosemary Rolls, Grapes & Cottage Cheese
Friday: Homemade Pizza

Meal Plan Monday
Wow.....it's been awhile since I have done any meal planning. It's time to get back into the groove of things now that we are getting back into a normal routine since baby Caleb has been born. I can't believe he is 2 1/2 weeks old already. Time is going by so fast! We have been spoiled by all the meals that have been provided for our family & what a blessing (and a lifesaver) it has been!
Sunday: Sausage, Egg, Spinach & Cheese Casserole & Waffles (breakfast for dinner-yum!)
Monday: Dinner being brought by Meals for Moms
Tuesday: Tilapia Fish w/ a Mushroom Cream Sauce, Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Mixed Veggies
Wednesday: Turkey Burgers, Tator Tots & Oranges
Thursday: Fish Stick Sandwiches & Fresh Fruit
Friday: Homemade Pizzas
Saturday: Tacos w/ all the Fixings, rice & beans
Welcome Baby Caleb!
God has blessed us with our 4th precious son. Caleb Rowe Wilhite was born on December 30th, 2010 @ 3:46 pm weighing 7 lbs 10 oz and 20 1/4 inches long.
Proud daddy, my awesome doctor & my precious new little guy.

This new little guy is getting so much love already!
Preston just loves holding & kissing his new little brother.
Noah also enjoys holding & kissing his new little brother.
Caleb is all bundled up ready to go to his first doctors appointment.

My little cutie pie! He's grown so much already. I can't believe he's already 2 1/2 weeks old! :)
