Happy Monday to you all! This week is going to be a more relaxed week for us all, so I'm going to sit back and enjoy every bit of it.
Monday: Spaghetti & Meatballs, Salad & Garlic Bread
Tuesday: Chicken Parmesan, Mashed Potatoes & Corn
Wednesday: Grilled Salmon & Mixed Veggies
Thursday: Homemade Clam Chowder Soup & Butter Biscuits
Friday: Eating Out (heading out of town to attend homeschool conference)
Saturday: Dinner at my In-Laws (staying the weekend with them)
Sunday: Eating Out (traveling back home)
