Here we go again......another week, another meal plan! :)
Sunday: BBQ chicken, leftover spinach & artichoke dip & salad
Monday: Lasagna, salad & corn
Tuesday: Crab stuffed mushrooms, parmesan crusted tilapia, rice & peas
Wednesday: Buffalo shrimp & shrimp fried rice w/ vegetables
Thursday: Turkey burgers, tator tots & fresh fruit
Friday: Homemade pizza (chicken alfredo & mushrooms & cheese)
Saturday: To be determined! ???
This weeks make & bakes:
Blueberry pancakes
Banana chocolate chip muffins (my bananas are not looking so good)
Yogurt smoothies
Breakfast burritos
Can I get the recipe for the talapia? And do you freeze the yogurt smoothies and pull them out later?

Hi Carrie! Yes, I will email you the recipe for the tilapia. I freeze the fresh fruit & yogurt so when we want to make smoothies, I pull them out & pop it in the blender. With all the deals of fresh fruit lately, it's been so much cheaper buying fresh than buying frozen. I don't actually make the smoothies & then freeze them if that's what you are asking. :)
