Pumpkin Spice Latte

Fall is just around the corner and I'm so excited! I love all the holiday coffee drinks and I usually try to make them at home to save money. I found this recipe on the Motherload Blog. After making it this morning, I thought it was really good, but it was a little too strong for my taste. I will make it with less coffee next time.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

2 cups milk
1 cup very strong coffee (4 tablespoons coffee grounds to 1 cup of hot water)
2 teaspoons vanilla
2-4 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon (plus extra for dusting)
2 heaping spoonfuls of pumpkin

Directions:
Pour all the ingredients into a pot and heat over medium-high heat until the coffee is steaming hot. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream & cinnamon.

Serving Size: 2

Enjoy! :)

  1. Hi Jess! I love making pumpkin spice latte's too! I can usually "mimic" one by adding sugar free vanilla creamer to my coffee and putting pumpkin spice in it and stirring. Then I top it with whipped topping and dusted with nutmeg. It isn't as sweet (which is what I like) and like I said....has no pumpkin, so it's more of a "mimic" and mind trick on yourself, but still super tasty!
