My hubby's work is offering a cool weight loss incentive at his work for employees who want to participate. Of course, we could all use a little incentive to help make weight loss fun, right?! Since he is planning on participating, I am going to try and make healthier meals for the month of February to help him out and to hopefully help me out as well. This will be fun to see how much weight we can actually lose together! :)
Sunday: Dinner at our friends
Monday: Cream of Mushroom Chicken, Broccoli, Corn Muffins & Kiwi
Tuesday: Shrimp Cocktail, Snow Crab Legs & Mixed Vegetables
Wednesday: Chicken Salad (Hot Dogs, Applesauce & Oranges for the kids)
Thursday: Chicken Pot Pie
Friday: Salmon, Mixed Vegetables & Salad (Chicken Nuggets, Apples & Yogurt for the kids)
Saturday: Turkey Burgers,
Tator Tots & Oranges
